Where are Nathan, Michael, Megelis, and Markus going to meet?

Also, we are making it clear that Nathan's office is located somewhere within the Tower of Stars' HQ itself, right? If that is so, then I'd rather have it positioned in the bottom portion of the tower. Sorry for any misunderstanding.
