Pastor things:

- I don't remember Anglicans talking much about the devil or hell, maybe I should try to go to church a bit and see if I remember
- Anglicans don't have confession - he thinks that it doesn't matter what horrible thoughts or ideas pop into your head (devil whispering in your ear? see above point) but rather how you respond to them (do you act on them/ignore them/act against them by doing good?)
- Synod stresses competency AND passion
