Well, it's a foreign country with widely changing and contrasting values between different societies and different classes within it, [i]and[/i] it's 2060, so I'm sure you can find something. In this setting a bearded Sikh with a huge turban wouldn't look that out of place next to the foreign pageant model who's replaced her legs with silicone to be taller and removed a couple of ribs. 

Okay, [i]maybe[/i] it'd look out of place, but it'd be a natural contrast - you can see its anticipations in real life, with pictures like [url=https://s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/736x/45/f1/9e/45f19e1d4c21fe4c260a5a1acda8f8c7--apocalyptic-fashion-post-apocalyptic.jpg]these[/url].

I'd say cyberpunk, since the constantly changing and developing world, the growing gaps between parts of society, privacy and politics are playing a big part in it.
