It's a great introduction to the series if you don't mind having the mysteries of the characters revealed. And as long as you stay away from the Stay Night VN and Extra CCC game, you'll be fine. though I'd bet there are SFW patches for those games. I think in CCC the 18+ stuff is optional anyway. And you can watch two of the routes from Stay Night, which of course don't show anything 18+. All the other Fate things are 17+ from blood and implied sexual stuff or lower. GO is like Teen.
