Let me repeat what Vicier has already said. 

This ability to break the fourth rule- no this power- has [i]not[/i] been stated in Light's CS. It cannot be added now, therefore she has no breaking the fourth rule abilities in ANY way. This includes being able to see someone else breaking the fourth wall.

Yes, more than one world exists- Kalinda is bloody aware of that herself, as would so many other characters- but that does not mean she has the ability to break the fourth wall. The flash travels to different time lines, and worlds and he never has that ability.
