That can work, but Miyu would still need more rocketry technology to go that far and come back in any reasonable time frame. Even if this planet was as close as Mars, she would still take months for the trip to and from there, since the mecha/missile propulsion she may have stolen isn't meant for space travel.

If you don't mind the time issue, she could take off even now. Otherwise, she'll need to raid more Machina facilities to gather more parts.
