[@kingkonrad] I don't imagine Garlan had time to claim it though, he couldn't have taken it before the Ironborn started invading the Reach and they had bigger problems. Then cue Dany and Aegon landing and the Tyrells probably would have jumped off the Lannister train pretty soon.
