[@Blackstripe] He isn't a great chef, but he knows what you'd need to survive at sea. He's talents would be in judging the quality of the food/ingredient along with knowledge regarding it. Preparation would be something he'd need to work on. But if the crew needs an amazing chef, then I guess it wouldn't be this guy. 

I mean, that's what I have so far. When the actual sheet comes up, I could change his skill level if I think of a better way to RP him.
