[@Blackstripe] Maybe I didn't make it obvious enough in the CS, but my character didn't really jump into piracy. He helped a pirate because he felt he couldn't let them die, which kind of led him down that path by default because the government isn't exactly fond of people who help pirates. It's kind of like how Zoro became a pirate because Luffy saved him. I thought it'd make for a good backstory.

Also, I can tweak his backstory a bit if needed depending on when you want me to jump into the roleplay. I made the last part of it a little vague because I didn't know when he would be coming into the roleplay.
