[@Dioxide] No quota, as long as there's a decent spread of elements. Once the characters start getting confirmed, we'll bring it up if it's an issue. 

BUT! There [i]is[/i] a quota for sex! We want to pair up everyone with someone of the opposite gender (easier to keep the mystery that way), so we do need the same number of boys and girls. If necessary, the GMs will double up characters. Anybody is welcome to do so as well.
