Name: Hank Miller Age: 46 Years old Height: 6'2" Weight: 212 lbs of pure muscle! And maybe some beer but we ignore that part. Race: Hank is a human. He'd probably lose his mind as anything else. Gender: Hank is a Male Appearance: Hank is a tall well built man with a strong frame to him. Though he does have a slight beer gut to him he is still more then strong enough to overlook that. For the most part he is Hunting, meaning he is in some pretty hard core gear. Things like a black fire resistant Trench coat, modified body armor made to withstand blunt force rather then bullets, a gas mask with noise filtered headsets and a filter meant to handle some pretty hard core stuff, and his old combat pants from his short time in the Marine Corpse. With out the excessive gear Hank looks more or less like an old man getting ready to retire, despite the fact most people don't retire until they are a lot older then he is. He is a Caucasian male with a poorly groomed dark brown beard, with an ungroomed set of hair to match. His eyes are regularly blood shot due to lack of sleep and stress issues, and if anyone were to see underneath his heavy gear they would notice a collection of scars and burns across his body. Some from bullets, some from what looks like wild animals. From time to time though someone may catch him wearing reading glasses, he refuses to wear them outside of his home though as they tend to break a lot. Enough so that his current pair is just a set of multiple broken ones. Sexuality: He will never admit this but he is open to his options. Personality: Hank is a man who is broken by his past. Forced into a line of work he would never have imagined because he has no idea what else to do. He is not fond of making friends, having a new family, or opening up his emotions to others. Despite this he does find himself working with people in hopes to gain information he needs to get the job done. That is his main goal in life, just his job done. That job right now is to destroy those who would hurt the innocent. Mainly he aims to kill the Vampire that had attacked his family years ago. Because of this though he tends to be protective of those he feels are not able to protect themselves, he would lay down his life for this idea. He tends to get a bit aggressive to others when he feels they are being unreasonable, even if they are being reasonable. He always seems on the move, always trying to get something done, never done with his list of things to do. He tends to lose patience easily, he tends to starts fights a lot, he also believes he can end fights he is in. And his ego shows it. When he does rarely open up about his emotions he tends to be a total mess. Attempting to hide behind an emotional killing machine only goes so far before one tends to lose it. Biography: Hank growing up was a trouble maker. He has two counts of grand theft auto, a single count of possession of an illegal substance, a single count for obsession of an illegal firearm, which was dropped, and one case that was later decided manslaughter. The rest is not going to be found on any records. By the time he had gotten out of high school he had been arrested again, and was given a choice. Join up, or get locked up. He didn't like the later so Marines it was. At the age of 20, he held his own, he was the second best marksmen on his platoon, and he was a qualified pistol marksmen. Hand to Hand he tended to go to far when sparing but he had decent scores there too. He did lack patience when it came to his emotions though. He would also get into loud verbal disagreements with his commanding officers a lot. Surprisingly he was able to hold the Rank of Staff Sergeant despite his many arguments. By the time he was in his mid twenties he has seen action several times over. For the most part he was able to keep some self control during his time. While on leave he met a woman named Fiona Terra. His soon to be wife, and soon to be the mother of his first kid. A few more years went on and he became the father to a second child. After his younger child's second Birthday he made a promise to Fiona that this was going to be his last deployment, and he was going to be done. He was going to get a job as an electrical engineer and they were going to live in a nice house and there would be no more stress about when or if Hank was coming home. It was his last deployment. But his unit was not sent over seas, instead they were sent into an airport in New York City. Hanks Unit getting ready to be deployed were the closest reaction force with qualified training to handle what was believed to be a terrorist take over. So they geared up and flew in, The covenant would arrive less then an hour later to finish the situation. Hanks Unit was inside for about fifteen minutes. Inside was a blood bath, literally. Every other step Hank was slipping on blood from some poor soul who it had belonged too. It was close to three in the morning, with the amount of blood in here there was no way there would be any hostages left. No way in hell. Seemed all too much like what Hank thought was hell. Hanks unit soon saw action again as they dealt with a small band of vampires who had attempted to start their own uprising, but were forced to stay within the airport. The battle was short, our of the crew and soldiers of 30 who went in, Hank and five others left alive. Many of which would be disabled or maimed in some other way if they were lucky. Hank Debates on how lucky he was. He had landed a lucky shot on one of the Vampires square in the face, and before they could react again he had unlaoded his magazine into it. At the time he had no idea what he was dealing with, part of his had a guess but he still had no way to know for sure. Before Hank was sent back home on medical leave for some minor injuries he had obtained, the vampire he had injured had been able to track his profile down to where he had lived. And instead of finding Hank asleep, he found a woman and her two kids. His two kids. Long story short, Hank uncovered what is left of them the next day when he is finally allowed home. Hank from that point on invested every penny he had to his name and started hunting down things that like to hunt in the night. Mostly vampires, but werewolves are not excluded, nor are humans. Faction/Side: There is no real easy way to put it. So I shall use Hank to explain it. "I kill things that kill others. That may make me a hypocrite, but fuck you too." Abilities: Hank needs no abilities. His ego will work enough. Skills: *Guns. Simple enough, he is a qualified rifle and pistol marksmen. *Hand to hand, though he tends to get aggressive and let his ego take over at time, he is still a decent hand to hand fighter. *Slight mechanical skills, not amazing skills but enough that he can say he doesn't need a mechanic and regret it later *Low level electrical skills, he isn't bad at it, but he is inexperienced. *Hank tried chemistry, mostly to learn how thermite was made. It worked more or less, but he has no idea how to weaponize it. Or fix the hole in his floor. *Improvisation and planning, Hank likes being prepared, or being ready for when he isn't prepared. That has helped his planning on the fly skills. Strengths: *He is physically strong *He is good with guns *He is an overall good fighter *Hank is good at hiding his tracks *He avoid taxes Weaknesses: *He has an ego problem *Hank is a bit of an emotional train wreck *He thinks he can do more then he actually can *He is bad at being a people person despite his many tries *He is wanted for tax evasion and so he needs to stay off the grid more often Likes: *Guns *Books *Other Weapons *Revenge *The feeling from completing a task *Long road trips *Any food that is not a frozen meal or Ramon noodles. Dislikes: *Vampires *People *Werewolves *Snipers *Taxes (For a lot of reasons) *Planes *Superiors *Enemy superiors *Power hungry anything really *Anyone or thing that kills for sport, he thinks there should always be some better reason. Other: *Hank tends to hide a lot of weapons on himself and his home. *His home is an old RV with some overpriced modifications to it. *He is a huge Johnny Cash fan
