They can make requests for information held on the W.A.T.C.H.'s, but the student can refuse and make a case if they don't want to divulge anything, and Beacon rarely wants to extract anything so badly that they have a whole proceeding.I'll have Arrun say it IC as well, but you guys can pretend that he said something to that effect earlier, in case your characters aren't utilizing the W.A.T.C.H.'s functions 'cuz of a Big Brother thingie. :P
