It was likely her last truly fanciful meal before they went on this march. Technically, she could just stay behind with the others who more actively vied for the prince's hand. However, as she eyed him subtly over the rim of her breakfast mead goblet, she realized that for better or worse a chance to be a part of his development outside the castle was too good to miss. If she missed an opportunity to help make him a better king for his people, then she would be remiss for the rest of her life. She finished her breakfast in a ladylike fashion and watched with a smirk as the rest of their party began to get all hoity toity and restless for the journey to begin. [/center]
