Compact Design: can compact tech, allowing much more to be put into small spaces than us normally possible.

Appearance: Short muddy brown hair and hazel eyes. Stands at 5'7". Almost never seen out of costume.

Costume is of his in design, looks much like a power suit of blue and white. Many devices hide inside the design, many of which haven't been actively seen.

Personality: Proud, excitable, and energetic, he can easily go off topic of not kept in check. Howie is prone to spacing out if not actively engaged, and is quick to tinker with tech to busy himself. He's a bit of a loner, only actively associating with Lady Lust and Mr. Mass.

Background: Howie is the unacknowledged son of Mr. Mass and Lady.

After their split, after their old team died off from various reasons, Lady Lust discovered she was pregnant. After birth she gave the boy up for adoption.

Early on he displayed powers, being possibly the first second generation Epic to exist. He also displayed an incredibly high intelligence, which worked well with his abilities and interests.

Around age ten Lady discovered him again, noting his powers and genius.

He's spent the last several years trying to get to know his biological parents, and as such has only been seen with them.[/hider]
