Sure. It simply surrounds, and then infuses the vehicle and causes all its stuff to function to her will. Meaning it will run without gas, coz magic, and she can control it to her will. Enhancing simply means stuff like making it able to run on vertical surfaces and such. Like a ninja vehicle. Dissolving it means shes able to store multiple vehicles by first surrounding and infusing the fog into it, then dissolving it and anything she puts in it (that is not alive) into the fog to be able to be reformed later, so loose items inside the car remains in the car during and after storage. She CAN bring and control a whole shitload of vehicles at the same time, but that uses a lot of mana, which means her soul gem turns darker sooner. So uhm, thats not really beneficial. Goes without saying that larger vehicles with larger mechanical parts to move needs more mana.

So these vehicles are mostly used to get around faster as well as giving her more options for mobility, more strength behind her slash with the sword as she goes past the enemy, stash stuff she needs in the trunk etc.
