[@Oddsbod] Even though all common sense is telling me to ignore this character, I'm going to review him anyway. Shitty meme character aside - I think his moveset is a little... much. One there's a twelve move limit for all movesets, so you're gonna have to cut some, and with all the passives he has, he's basically impervious to all damage.

After all, you explicitly said that he is resistant to ki based attacks, two other passives that makes him resistant to regular attacks, can sense all incoming attacks (and can dodge them), can damage enemies if they get his blood on him (and has a boost in blood production). Even then he has a regular move that raises his defense [i]even more[/i]. It'd be cool if someone had one or two of these, but I think his defense exceeds even Brooke. You could also just cut all the other passives and just say something like "he has a lot of health."

The rest of his moves are okay-ish.
