[@POOHEAD189] Well, I imagine there probably are Chaos-aligned dragon ogres, but only in the sense that there are also Chaos-aligned regular ogres - relatively rare, thanks to their typical resistance to Chaotic influence and general prior allegiance to their tribe and the Great Maw, and even rarer beyond that when one considers that the average dragon ogre also holds allegiance with the Magma Maw strongly enough that they'd consider performing a ritual to fuse themselves with an actual dragon just to gain further blessings from it.
