Well hello there! I must say, I actually enjoyed the intricacy and precision in your interest check. While I'm just 21, I roleplay characters much, much older. I wasn't sure if you were looking for the character to be 30+ or the partner, either way, I think I could create a character you're looking for. 

I have a character named Gwynvirr (hence my username), that fits the description to a T; she's a mage, but of dragon lineage and I was wondering if that would coincide with the lore you have written. If not, it's nothing to create a character specific for this scenario.
