Sweet. I'm certainly willing to give this another shot, and I approve of your strong stance against 'overpowered' characters. I'm never a fan of the difference in power level between Astartes and regular humans, so how about a compromise; if more than one people want to play a Chaos Marine, they can all submit their character applications and the best one wins? You know, limit the group to [i]one[/i] power armor-wielding death machine.
