[@FantasyChic] Actually yes, he would have. This was asked of me outside of OOC, to which I went and double checked what was posted for both of them. Josephine stepped over to Haakon who only took a "fair step away" and "stood out of the way" - while Josephine had in her post she spoke quietly (for part of it at least), Haakon had no mention of keeping his voice down. This is a room where few were in, Vera passed out, and all eyes are on her - so it is quiet. Them being only a few feet away would have made it more than easy to hear the conversation. (Even if they had gotten to the other end of the room, they were not far away and their guards are present near them at all times.) 

	So yeah, The Lord Major and everyone else there half way paying attention will hear them. They did nothing to ensure no one did hear them. (Now, why they are blatantly going against what they signed the night before is a whole different matter.)
