Khaine's maximum power would grant him complete control over the World Forge, the ability to pull planets and even stars into Hell, specifically the World Forge, to be broken down into legions of demons and weapons. Absolute control over the Traveller's Stone, as well as the stone itself at max power, would allow him to instantly summon the full forces of Hell. Immense legions of demonic warriors to swarm over any world he pleased. In addition his armoury would have access to even the most ludicrous weapons, including Eos' super-sword. Which he would have somehow taken from her.
