It wasn't presented as a hypothetical. It was presented that while you do read the posts but after a period of time and not necessarily before you post. Which is still part of the initial question, [i]"is it a MUST to read all posts?"[/i] 

So I am going to amend what I said - [b]Yes, you MUST read ALL posts BEFORE you post[/b] - afterwards is just as bad as not reading at all. Nearly as bad as backpedaling instead of owning up.
