Slowly she was beginning to get her head under control. Just ignoring the anger a bit at a time. The sudden increase in strong emotions around her had caught her unaware and had been difficult to stop from flowing in, thus why it had crippled her so much. Now that she knew what it was it was easier to zone out. Still a pounding in the back of her head, but taking less concentration to suppress. With years of experience it was possible for her to recover from the massive influx of emotions. “I’m fine, now,” Lihn responded evenly, picking up Penny’s annoyance. She couldn’t blame her. If her friend hadn’t stepped in Lihn would probably be dead but the two of them would have been able to get away. She felt a weight lift off her as the anger she’d been picking up, and was now managing to tune out better, began to reduce. It was still there, but less. And it certainly wasn’t her causing that anymore. Huh. Concentrating on it slightly, she could pick up the calm feelings that someone else was putting out. It didn’t particularly affect her, being an empath herself, but it was there. “I can help,” Lihn moved, still shaking slightly, to the other side of Daniel from Penny, so that she could help carry him towards the entrance. Between them, as short as both were, they could probably do it. Lihn was quite fit herself. Though she doubted either cared, she figure she should give an explanation for just why she stood there and took a fist to the face. “I’m not sure I’d quite call it freaking out. They’re very angry and I’m an empath, you see. It’s very difficult to think when there’s a lot of strong emotions everywhere.” Even as she spoke Lihn began to put out her own calming aura again, stronger than the last time now that she’d managed to push the rage to one side and stop it from taking over her mind. Even while supporting Daniel she was able to concentrate on pushing down the anger of those in an area around her – and could continue to do so as long as another abomination didn’t run into it. Hopefully it would help any people who were still around as well. “I have it more under control now,” Lihn looked over at Penny and Daniel. “It helps that someone else is calming them down too.”
