Yeah Gotham is pretty damn awesome. The characters of Fish Mooney, Oswald Cobblepot, and Harvey Bullock are particularly good. If you're down then here is a very basic CS to get started. I'll post some more details-factions, important characters and such- tonight if possible, if not tomorrow.
