Yes, in comparison to a human an artificial intelligence is advanced beyond them, but in the greater context that is [i]all[/i] this character is. They are not a war intelligence that manages battlegroups or ships, specialized construct meant for cyber warfare, a hacking suite optimized construct, or any other force of that caliber. By standards this is [i]above[/i] human but not so far beyond anything people could match with their own strengths if they specialized in it.
