I was leaning towards maintenance as he is both not particularly sociable or strong for the other jobs, and I feel like an AI would be particularly suited to maintenance of a digital space. 

Also, his appearance is hard-coded in to him and described in the cs. Here is the relevant part:

Appearance: As an AI, he does not have an actual physical appearance. However, his appearance is coded in a way that he can't change his own avatar's appearance. Whenever he does appear on a screen or virtual world his appearance is idyllic, taking the form of a tall, physical fit young man with no noticeable wrinkles, scars or freckles. His skin tone is actually a very light grey and his short-kept hair is snow white and his eyes is a slightly darker grey than his skin color

As for clothing, he is able to change that. I image he would normally wear casual clothes or worker uniform.
