Alicia Hayden Up on the rooftop of the community center, the lesson was going fairly well. Caren had provided a demonstration by firing off a couple arrows, and now they were firmly engaged in helping her solve her particular problem. Being a teacher wasn't something that Alicia did often, but she did the best she could regardless. "Your hand is wrong," Alicia explained as she stood beside Caren, gently manipulating her fingers with the arrow that she now had strung. "It'll work better like this, cause it'll keep it from turning a bit off the launch." That was something she had struggled with a lot, but she would admit that there was more than one way to do it. It was all about finding the method that worked for you. Caren nodded, looking down range and memorizing the feel of her current hold. "Okay. Is there anything else?" Alicia shook her head, taking a step back so Caren had freedom to move and act. "Nope, go ahead and give it a try." She figured this had solved the problem, now they just had to make sure that it had done the trick. For that, it was all Caren. With a nod, Alicia watched as Caren took a deep breath before letting the arrow fly. It was more accurate than before and slammed into the target on the other side of the room with good precision. Not perfect, but it was a step up, and Caren grinned at her success as she lowered her bow. "See, I knew you could do it. Just have confidence, and don't think too hard about it," Alicia told her friend as she patted her on the shoulder. "You good for now?" "Yeah," Caren confirmed with a nod. "You can go ahead, I'm going to do a bit more shooting." With that she raised her bow once again, while Alicia turned to had down back into the building.
Meanwhile, Suwako would find her salvation arriving as a window opened up and a girl with log red hair poked out "Oyyyy, Suwako!" Amelia called, waving to the other girl eagerly. They might not have hung out all that much, but she knew who the approaching girl was. Beacon wasn't that big after all. After a few moments though her gaze traversed to see the kid approaching, and she took on a devious smirk as she called to the other girl once again. "Suwako, is that your boyfriend? He's kinda cute, even if he's on the shorter side." She had no shame, and ducked back inside before the anger and indignation could follow her. Well, that was one way to solve her problem.
