Yes and no.

I have an idea of his magic, his motivation, his methods ect. And I [i]am[/i] loosely basing him off a villain I know, as the source of inspiration.

But I'm putting it all together...and I'm getting Orochimaru. 

Uh. oops. 

(Not that I didn't like the guy, I admit to being partial to the mad? {question mark on purpose} scientist character and it shows) 


The personality and history haven't been fully conceived yet, so maybe there is some hope. Lots of brainstorming to do.
