I've got an idea for a character. I've skimmed over the others but I wanna drop the idea here, make sure he doesn't overlap too much with anyone else.

I'm thinking of someone with portal abilities. The exact source is still something I'm working on. A mostly "reformed criminal" brought into the league by a higher up. Similar to what happened with Plastic Man. I was thinking he got into trouble as a kid and got in with the wrong crowd. Eventually drew the attention of a powerful underworld type who coerced him into doing worse things. He was given a second chance and he's making the best of it, though he still tends to use his power for small personal gain here and there.
