Me too!  I love One Piece and really one to get into one.  
I've got a few questions.  

1.  What will the format of the rp be?  I mean, will it be like a traditional One Piece rp were our characters will all be together on a ship as a working crew, or will everything take place at a blackflag base while our characters wait for orders (like with a fairy tail rp were everyone hangs around at the guild till they get a job), or will it be done in some other way?

2.  Will our characters already know each other and be veteran members of the organization, or will we all be rookies just starting out?

3.   What kind of races/ abilities will be allowed?  

4.  Will there be 'growth' as far as our characters fighting abilities are concerned or will we start out with our characters pretty much maxed out?

5.  What is technology like this far into the future?  Normally I'd think it was more advanced but with trade restricted so much I'm not so sure

--Also as far as the story goes was there a reason the government wasn't able to control Kuma?  He's a cyborg after all with his humanity taken from him.  

--What happened with the revolutionary army?
