Personality:
Toni is a bit of a paradox as she is simultaneously incredibly lazy and equally clever, mostly being clever enough to find a way to keep being lazy. It's either all or nothing for her. She is a lover and once she gets attached to someone she truly and dearly cares for them. It is this tendency to do all she can for those she cares for that gets her in hot water so to speak. She’s very excitable prone to physical contact which often manifests in an almost compulsive need to hug. Toni tends to voice her worries and opinions aloud irrespective of others around her, when people take offence she grumpily tells them not to eavesdrop.

Background:
Toni is a self-made woman. Well as in that she had little option but to strive to be so as she ran from home at a young age and a lot of her education up until applying for schools was self-taught. From a young age Toni earned her way by renting out an internet café booth for weeks at a time and making full use of the internet. Learning everything from classic hero literature to advanced mathematics. Dedicating herself to getting into a Hero school that has a boarding system so she wouldn’t have to scrape by as best she could each week. Going to pachinko parlours and making net profits being how she earned most of her money and then spending the bare minimum needed to get by. All so she could afford to earn her place. 

Komei Academy was the place she earned her way into. The ranking system didn’t exactly appeal to her, but the school had what looked like a great cafeteria and the board even at the lowest level was better than the desk sized cubby she was using as a temporary home. Warm bed. Three meals a day. Proper education. Komei Academy was going to be Toni’s foundation for a stable life.

Talents: Toni likes to cook, mainly because she likes tasty food and doesn’t want to be beholden to other people’s skills. It’s less of a talent and more a passion. She has a strong memory that while not photographic by any means allows her to be good on tests. She personally doesn’t really see it as being smart, simply good at recalling things she has read. Toni is also oddly good at sports video games, with her favourites being golf and tennis games.
