I will look into the discord server I may or may not use it. 

Yes Charmander is available. I am not at home at the moment so I am replying using my phone. So I can't be for certain at this point if there is room for more members. If anything I can start up two different two with the same concept this way everyone can join in. But it isn't definite that I will end doing that. We will see.
