Lecter: Devils earn their name. They will kill civilians without batting an eye, and it's not always a quick death. Or a clean one. Going unchallenged, hundreds of lives, if not more, can be lost because of a single Devil. I've earned plenty of scars when I sent them back to Hell, and I expect I'll earn a few more.
