Most of the rooms at the Inn were not in use, but that didn't stop Amelie from cleaning them daily; or at least everyday she had enough energy to get out of bed. She went from door to door, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and scrubing each room until it was spotless. The only thing she did differenet between used and unused rooms was change the bed sheets of the used rooms. "Where are you going with those sheets?" Amelie heard her brother ask as she walked down the stairs leading from the hallway to the Inn lobby. "Um... To the washer? They are the used bedsheets, they need washed." "How heavy are those? It looks like way too many for you to be carrying." Amelie knew that was coming. Everytime Amelie tried to do her job, Olivier started going on about how she shouldn't push herself. She knew he was only like that because he cared about her and didn't want to lose her to the same illness that took their parents, but Amelie didn't want to live the remainder of her life in her room or being babied. She wanted to live life to its full potiental. "It's not that many, only about four sets." "Amelie, just please don't push yourself..." "I won't." Amelie turned to head downstairs to the basement when he brother called out to her. "When you are finished putting those clothes in the washer, I want you to change into normal clothes and go outside for a few hours. It is a really nice day and some fresh air will help your health." "Alright." Amelie sighed. Olivier was right, it would be good for her to get some fresh air and she had already finished most of her work. Only other thing she had to do was put on new bedsheets and finish washing the laundry but she had no doubt that Olivier would do that once she left. Amelie finished up putting the sheets in the washer and ran up to her room to change back into normal clothes. Once outside she took in the nice weather. Although it was summer, it wasn't too hot and the breeze and sun felt nice againist her skin.
