Allison Revel
A sudden burning gripped Allison's throat, forcing the breath from her. Blinding pain radiated from the aberration mark. She would've thought to lower herself into the nearest seat, but even such simple thoughts seemed to be driven away by the searing pain. Searing pain, followed by the appearance of a monstrosity made of ice, and a giant gelatinous blob. Had it been a week since their last fight already? These things seemed to occur on a fairly regular schedule. Things were only going to get worse. Suddenly, everything was falling. A few solitary moments of floating, realization of what was going on, and silent waiting for everything to come to an end. Allison had survived climbing a monster made of pasta, as well as being stabbed in the eye with a table leg, but in those few seconds even she questioned the survivability of the situation. At the very least, something was going to break. Impact. Breath flew from Allison again, the weight of a chandelier pinning her to the ground. Somehow, she had become tangled in it's wiring in her fall. Not good. Quick inspection. Zoe and Greg were trapped underneath as well. They needed to get out from underneath it. They needed to untangle themselves. The wires were constricting. Zoe yelled something about cutting. She had yelled it at Allison. It felt way too loud, and it took way too long to comprehend. What did she mean? Cutting? Why Allison? The shard? Right, the shard. Allison's right hand was free enough that she could summon the thing. It felt like an eternity before it appeared in her hand, the familiar blade cutting through the chandelier and it's wires with ease. In moments, the trio were free, and able to remove themselves from the debris. Allison sluggishly started to check herself for injury as she rose, allowing the shard to disappear. Nothing immediately felt broken, but with how sore every part of her was, it was hard to tell. Her fingers started to fly over her, checking for breaks, when she started to notice the transmissions from her classmates. Brent wanted everyone to say something, to make sure they were alive. Allison needed to do that as well. Her hands fell to her side before completing their mission. Checking herself for wounds was tiring, she needed to catch her breath first. She needed to say something. Allison took a deep breath, preparing to say she was alright, before she watched Zoe dash out of the remains of the suite. Not good. The action shocked Allison at least partially out of her sluggish stupor. There was no way that she was going to let Zoe fight something like that alone, even if she could destroy it single-handedly. Besides, She wanted to use the shard more, just itching to stab the giant blob, no matter if it worked or not. She had to follow Zoe. "Transmit." Allison's breathing was becoming less labored by the moment. "Going after Zoe," her voice was cold and tired, "over." Suddenly, Allison's legs started carrying her, as fast as they could, after the dangerous redhead.
