Her appearance alone is beautiful, with her long black hair and her bronze skin. But she often carries herself in a manner that makes her seem unapproachable. Her tired eyes, along with the fact that her head is often down, make the people around her just as sad as she looks. She stands at 5'3", and often wears plain deerskin clothing, and a coat made from the skin of a bigger creature in the winter, making sure nothing she wears draws too much attention. Stalana also has a birthmark of a ring that goes around her neck, resembling a rope of some sort. as she uses her powers, the rope grows longer, trailing down her back, until it's reached her feet. Then, if she uses her powers, the rope seems to disappear, and she dies. In actuality, though, the rope moves so it's going up the back of her head, looking as though she has been hanged.
[ ⍚ ] P[sub] E R S O N A L I T Y[/sub]

Stalana is a very quiet girl. Few people in her clan talk to her regularly, and even fewer are close to her. She spends much of her time in the healer's hut, learning and doing her best to improve her skills as a medic, never really taking time away from her studies to participate in any of the clan's parties or campfires. And though this means she has no social life, it also means that she is fairly skilled at what she does. There are a lucky few, however, that see Stalana when she believes she is alone. Whether they stumbled upon her in the forest while she was gathering herbs and berries, or when she was fetching water from the river. These few have been able to hear something that Stalana has kept hidden her entire life: her singing voice. For when she is doing menial tasks by herself, she can't help but sing. It is not a happy singing though. It is sad, as if she is blind, and trying to find her way with her voice. And though it is sad, it is beautiful, as if she is pouring her very soul out. Those who know her well probably only got to know her after hearing her sing. (it's not much, but I'll add more after the Reroll)
[ ⍚ ]B[sub] I O G R A P H Y[/sub]

Stalana of Wolfrahg was born the only daughter of Granitor of Wolfrahg, a hunter, and Taria of Wolfrahg, a storyteller. Not only was she the only daughter of the two, but she ended up being their only child of any gender, as Granitor went missing when she was very young. He had gone out to hunt and never came back. Stalana was too young at the time to properly understand what was happening, so it only impacted her indirectly. But just because the impact was indirect doesn't mean it wasn't harmful. Stalana's childhood was made hard by her mother. Taria loved her daughter and her daughter loved her, but the disappearance of her husband wasn't great for her mental health. She insisted that Granitor was going to come back, that he was currently on his journey back home. Stalana, the less optimistic of the two, did not hold such hopes. This often caused arguments between them. When she was 14, however, Stalana's mother grew ill. As a result, the Healer, an old and withered woman named Dara, was often in their home. Stalana did her best to help the healer. At first it was simply fetching things from the healer's hut, then she started gathering herbs from the wild after being instructed by Dara, until the old woman was actually teaching Stalana the ways of the healer. They were not able to save Taria though. She passed away when Stalana was 15. And though it was a terrible tragedy in her life, she would not know her passion for healing had it not occurred. They cannot be blamed for their ignorance, though, as no living man, woman, or child has seen Demora. In actuality, she is the picture of elegance, standing at 5'10" with a slender frame. But while elegant, Demora isn't necessarily the definition of beauty. Her skin is far too pale, allowing a view of her bones if held up to the right light. She has an almost sickly look to her, lacking any color whatsoever, as well as a certain sadness in her grey eyes, as though she's in mourning. Her hair, though, is beautiful. It is pure black, and goes down to her waist, often waving and fluttering at even the slightest of breezes. Her face is almost always home to a frown, and her head, when she believes herself alone, often hangs in sorrow or gazes at her surroundings with melancholic expression. She often wears a black silk gown. It remained this way for many millennia, until, one day, a young boy emerged from one of Earth's many empty rivers. His name was Life. Unbeknownst to many mortals, Life's first creation was a tree named Death. Death had a happy existence. He played with Life, and Life played with him. In time, though, Death became a mighty oak, and Life left him to create his creations elsewhere. Left with only despair, Death one day reached one of his mighty branches into the river from which Life originated, and began to pull out rocks that had sunk to the bottom. He stacked them, one by one, and when he ran out of rocks, he cried. When the tree's tears landed on the stack he had made, the white stones began to morph together, eventually becoming a pale little girl. The girl asked the tree what was wrong, and he told her that he did not want to exist any longer. He wanted to sleep forever. So the little girl offered to sing him a lullaby. It was beautiful, but sad, and within minutes, Death was no longer. The little girl, who called herself Demora, named this state of nonexistence after the tree. And thus, death was created. Demora grew into a young woman, though Life stayed a small boy, and, though Demora and Life had their quarrels, nothing too important happened until the creation of man. It was then that both Demora and Life witnessed the taking of another's life simply out of spite. And in the blood of the murdered man came another young girl. Her name was Malana, the Murderess, and she introduced herself as the sister of the Goddess of Death. Demora loved her sister, even though she did not enjoy what her sister represented. As time went on, Demora stopped aging. Life continued to create, and Demora continued to put Life's creations to rest. It saddened her that man did not see her as a creature of beauty, but rather a monster. But the grateful smiles and dying breaths of her people were enough to keep her going. And, besides her little sister, those dying humans were the only beings Demora cared for. That is, until she met her Starkissed. She was in a forest at the time, singing her sweet melody to a young man who had hanged himself after his wife had been taken by Malana. After the man passed, Demora turned around, and saw them. Her Starkissed, staring right at her. At first, she tried to ignore them, but in time, they grew on her. They taught her to laugh, how to smile, and how to be happy. Eventually it got to the point where every moment she was not with a mortal, she was with them. This made the neglected little sister of the Lady Death angry. As her sister began to ignore her, Malana grew darker and darker, until eventually she began working with the Dark Gods, who were devising a plan to send the other Gods to Earth. Demora was one of the earlier Gods to be stuffed into a mortal shell. She was tricked by her own sister. And, after a few insignificant lifetimes, she was reborn as Stalana.

𝔐y 𝔊ifts 𝔚𝔦𝔱𝔥𝔦𝔫

[ ⍚ ] S[sub] K I L L S E T[/sub]
Three General skills to start and up to two combat abilities. The subject experiences a sudden visceral reminder of the fact they will one day die. This hits them fully and completely, and they cannot deny it. Many people are unable to fully understand the concept of death, but this ability makes it an unavoidable knowledge they shall know completely for all their lives. Often this will cause a change of worldview for the mortal, or lament in a magical creature, who often consider themselves immune to the folly of death. A Gentle Breath From The Lady Death: When the Lady Death breathes on the subject, the subject is granted a vision of how they shall die. They will know exactly when and how, and it is an unavoidable fact. Should they try to avoid their death in the future, they will find that, no matter what, they always end up at the same location, the same time, and under the same circumstances as they saw in their vision. The Final Lullaby:If a being is mortally wounded, suffering emotionally or otherwise ready for death, Demora may sing them a lullaby, which will give them the gift of a quick and painless demise. In addition, her lullabies have the ability to put angry spirits to rest.
Destined to Die: Moderate Ability Mortals, despite their daydreams of an eternal life, do not have the will to live forever...they are fated for an end...they are destined to die...
'Tis Not Your Time:Demora may put off the death of a single dying being, allowing them to live on. Demora's Revenants:When Demora is facing a creature who has killed other beings, she may summon the angry spirits of the killer's victims, who then proceed to do anything in their power to kill or otherwise get revenge on the killer.
