[@Sophrus] I would think that the Gargans at least know about the other races in the area. But if they are sos tubborn, maybe the Mekhar made the wrong decision. (Also you can always jsut wait for Legion to make a post where he finally goes to the homeworld of the Rarians, adn then you can meet them there)
