Thomas Silias Falch

Pool-room-lounge
Thomas was quick to introduce himself as the girl who shot lightning came up to him and Baily. "I'm Thomas Falch, but, Imma run now, see you guys whenever you get to the lounge." He didn't want to be rude, but he felt it better to but some distance between himself and Bailey after what had just happened, it would be better for everyone. He rummaged the halls for a moment before finally finding his room, quickly going inside to take a few deep breaths while all the shit he had just witnessed sank in. A guy had made his cheek and wrist go numb, some other guy had made a helix or whatever out of water, and a lady had then somehow managed to shot friking lightning. It was all too crazy, the kinds of thing Thomas expected to find in a comic, but he had just gotten a front seat to quite the show. He wanted to make himself believe that this was all a hoax and that everything had been staged, but sadly the events with Bailey had proven these things to be real. There had been no way that anyone could have numbed the exact points where he had chosen to touch Thomas, everything else could have been fixed with money, time, and a hell of an imagination, but not Bailey. Thomas remained in his room for a while, feeling slowly returning to his wrist and cheek. "Guess I should go join everyone," he groaned, making his way out into the hall and down into the lounge where everyone had already gathered. He leaned up against a wall and listened to everyone talking about their powers, and how they needed to keep themselves safe. "We don't" Thomas mumbled as he listened to Cass go about how it was impossible to keep everyone safe, and to be honest, Thomas doubted they could. Even if everyone knew their powers, then there was still the question of if they could control them or if they were merely a response to outside stimuli. What would happen if the lightning girl or water boy suddenly lost control for a moment and ended up killing everyone? Did the staff at this facility have some way of dealing with such a situation? Maybe this facility was less about keeping its inhabitants alive and more about keeping everyone outside safe? The idea wasn't a pleasant one, but Thomas tended to paint a rather bleak picture of most situations, rather wanting to be positively surprised than horribly disappointed. Thomas shrugged, pushing himself off the wall he had leaned against as everyone had had their say, and then headed for the bar. "We don't," He repeated, throwing a quick glance over to Cass, clearly referencing the exploding comment. "For all we know this place is nothing else than a fancy prison, somewhere they can keep us so we don't hurt everyone on the outside. Very few of us, expect-" Thomas pointed over to the four people that seemed to at least partially know what their power was. "-those people, have any idea of what they can do, so, by all means, the rest of us can just be bombs waiting to go off." He threw in a smile for good measure, but doubted that any of his rambling would earn him any favors.
