[@Dynamo Frokane] I just need to figure out his backstory then I'll be good. Hope you don't mind but I took some liberties with my Mechs history with the people of Therux and if it doesn't fit with your canon I'll change it.
Right Hand: CBR 20mm Assault Rifle - Belt-fed assault rifles that would become the weapon of choice for Paladin's everywhere, it's simple design and reliable stopping power making it perfect for their role in the war. Their durable designs meant that, in the event that one ran out of ammo, it could be used as a fairly effective club in a desperate melee. The right arm is also outfitted with three dumb missiles. Left Hand: ATK Fusion Cannon - Taking power from their nuclear core, the fusion cannon fires a short range wave of superheated plasma that is absolutely devastating to enemy armor. However the energy cost is fairly high and combined with it's incredibly short range is most often a weapon of last resort. Power consumption is less of a problem for hybrid engines, though the range issue persists. Sub Weapon Slot: Plasma Spike - a knifelike weapon that generates a magnetic field that holds superheated plasma. The battery life isn't amazing but even without the penetrating power given by the plasma it is still a durable blade-like weapon in the hands of a mech. Shoulder/Back Spot: KRGR Missile System - A simple laser guided missile system, the "Kruger" was used as to put preassure on enemy targets while a Paladin got to a more manageable distance. These babies fire anti-armor, high explosive payloads with only one or two being enough to cripple, if not eliminate, most enemy mechs. They only have enough capacity for six missiles. Gadget Slot: Electromagnetic Shielding - While physically incredibly durable, Paladin's were still as vulnerable as any other mech to EMP weaponry and steps were taken to make sure this wasn't a crippling weakness. Stats Scale: Light/Heavy Body: 6 Accuracy & Tracking/FIrepower: 5 Air Mobility/Thrusters: 5 Solo/Skirmisher: 6 Flavour Text: When the Therux states first line of Mechs proved insufficient in the war effort other mechs were put into consideration for repurposing. This lead to the development of the "Therux State Mechanized Infantry Unit MKII" or the "Paladins" as they would be known to the people of the State. Repurposed from heavy mining mechs, the Paladins were lauded for their simple, robust designs and their adaptability for nearly any combat situation. Today they are looked upon not unlike folk heros in the eyes of the people, valiant knights fighting tooth and nail to protect their homeland. All Paladin's are nuclear powered except for a select few that were upgraded with hybrid engines. Due to the nuclear components it wasn't unheard of for critically injured Paladins to detonate their cores near enemy troops, an image that is seared into the memories of all who witness them.
