Between his fiercely protextive nature and his little patience with supernatural bias (he grew up protecting any and all creatures; he doesn't discriminate against any of them, and he protected a lot of them from hate crimes from humans and other supernaturals), he couldn't go without making a comment.

He'll probably end up apologizing if they ever become friends.
