I'm not the GM of this RPG. [b]IF[/b] I was it would depend on if it was Lex Luthor or a relative of his and if I had evil nefarious plans for Lex.

That said my recommendation as a player would make your Good Luthor be a relative of Lex. My personal suggestion would be Lena Luthor.
