	Alex was enjoying lazily drifting around in the pool. He heard what everyone was saying, but didn't pay much attention. He was too relaxed, but the moment a wave of water crashed into him he went back to full attention. Apparently, Brandon had decided to cannonball everyone. Alex decided this was a good time as any to get back into the conversation. First, Brandon offered Damar a pair of his swimming trunks. Then Amelia showed a note to Brandon and Damar. Alex swam over to read it but had no idea what the context was.

	When Amelia walked over to the lounge chair Alex started wondering if they were talking about the game chicken. It was the most likely one he could think of. Then when Amelia started taking off her casual clothes Alex sunk down to where only his eyes and up were above the pool.
