All I ask is that your character is fun, and isn't some over powered perfect bender! If your character can rise and fall and have their defeats and victories then i'll be all good!

And as for The Order, you can, but if you're only making an antagonist character that's only out to cause a fight I'd highly recommend not doing that. It'll leave the character waiting for a moment to come in, and that might take a while!
