[@ihinka] Considering there's evil magical creatures everywhere, it's pretty dangerous xD [@Leos Klien] It's looking really good!
I like the Tendrils of Darkness and Reaper abilities :D
Shadow Blade: Allows Voriskimaar to arm himself with a blade made from shadows, a blade on itself may seem a bit weak for it to take so much energy out of him, but this weapon is far superior to any blade that mortals can create, or magic for that matter, it's lighter than the wind and is sharper than steel, swift and powerful.
Thematically I'm happy to leave this as is :D Just bear in mind some characters have magical weapons at tier 3 and things, so there will be magical weapons stronger then this in play, and occasionally from NPCs. Just letting you know this now so say, if you're fighting against a two-handed forged in hellfire by some demonlord or something, it won't guarentee this blade is better. But I'd definitely say it's more powerful then mortal weapons and probably many magical enchanted weapons too. Just a slight rewording of Shadow Mark, it's exactly the same :D : Shadow Mark - Upon skin to skin contact with another person, Voriskimaar can mark them with Shadow Energy. Itis a small visible dark mark on the skin, often around the shoulders or on the back. He may only mark one person at a time. He will be aware of their location, general mood and a rough idea of what they are doing. While marked, the person is more susceptible to paranoia inducing effects Voriskimaar can create. In darkness they will see shadows moving, small sighs of the wind will sound like footsteps, and they experience the sensation of being watched most strongly of all. I like the First Shadow too, probably put it to 15 minutes and call it good. And can you describe a little bit of what sort of clothing he wears in his appearance section?
Bah bah bah baaaaa! After those tweaks feel free to add him up to the character tab :D Grats on being the first new player! [@Sarcelle Renard] Add him up! [@luckofthedraw] awwwh the ending to his formative history section is so sad @_@ I hope he finds what he's looking for <3
Buffing Lost and Empty Set a little :D: The Empty Set: Mado can choose one immortal to bond with (see future skills). The Immortal is able to refuse the bond. If this happens, refund the cost of the ability. Empty Set cannot be attempted again on the same character until two hours have passed. Lost: Allows him to move slightly faster and hit slightly harder for a short period of time. Unknowable: Mado reveals the nature of nothing to a person and they becomes subdued, unsure of themselves and thoughtful, though any physical pain or strong emotions might arouse them. After 20 minutes they snap out of the trance. The Number Zero: You can probably buff this now with the change to Empty Slot. Option 1: When used in tandem with Empty Set, the bond cannot be denied. OR, you can remain for it to be primarily ally based: Option 2: Mado can becomes one with a bonded immortal. They are in a mental link together and can gain full use of each other's usual skills, as well as accessing each other's memories, hopes, fears and dreams if they both volunteer that access. As a base and then add one of these minor effects: They can see through each other's eyes. The can transfer wounds to the other if both are willing. and one of these major effects: If one of the pair die while this ability is active, they will have a vague sense of familiarity with each other in the next life, as if they are two parts of a whole. Buffs affecting one character can be utilised by the other as well. Absolute Nothingness can be buffed as well. You can either seriously wound other immortals, cause willpower drain in the area, or perhaps cast mass amnesia apart from your bonded partner.
Let me know what you decide :D [@MiddleEarthRoze]Love seeing a new Clan! I'll be adding it up shortly <3 Really love how the skills suit her background <3
Fish are Friends: What sort of fish can she summon? Summoning a whale to swallow someone whole is pretty powerful for this slot xD Sirens song: right now this has both a summon, combat ability and magic ability all in one. Also you could just summon an infinite number of merfolk, so it's pretty OP xD Perhaps decide which of these things you're most interested in and condense it into one power rather then three. Release the Kraken: Summoning a Kraken is something that's more a final ability/penultimate ability. Waterfall: Aürelia can blast others with potent streams of water. The stream can be high pressured enough to knock someone down or subdue them. This ability can also be used to put out fires. Boil and Toil: This is most definitely a Power 9 ability. You could perhaps put your Kraken summon here instead, though. Cataclysm: A wave that reshapes all land in the world and wipes out all life on earth is a touch overpowered. Usually AOE final skills will affect a quite large area and they can indeed devastate a large area. But this skill would basically reset everything any God had ever done to affect the landscape, even use their ultimate abilities. I am happy for one ultimate ability to overwrite another if used in the same place, But I want to maintain the history of the landscape and the God's affect on it throughout the roleplay as bodies and eras change. Furthmore, I think it'd be very unfair to instantly kill the entire cast from one ability. So no on the apocalypse ability, I'm afraid xD
[@13org] Craenak will be coming back I do believe :D Oh also. I've been thinking about it, and since you didn't finish RRA last time, after your character is accepted you can be first on the RRA xD Ok, so no ignoring pain on her 1:1 ability because that's an ability for a more powerful ability slot. You can have the combat buff though. Again I would reccomend: Úlfheðinn's Might: Nanna enters a bloodlust state, toughening her body for battle if you want to keep that ability in that slot location. if having an "ignoring pain" ability is key to your build it will have to be moved into a later slot, so have a think about if that would be better for your character :D [@ihinka]ohmygosh her backstory @_@ Poor girl. Ok so Slow Harmonics: just letting you know in practice this will be receiving information from the GMs regarding intuition, or being prepared for things happening nearby. Threefold: You and Melo had an excellent conversation about this, I was interpretting it wrong :D If you can add a stipend along the lines of "This applies to an act Medb has witnessed or has indelible knowledge of. Using this ability unjustly can cause consequences for Medb." Aaaaand afer that clarification is added, feel free to add her to the CS page! [@Thecrash20]
Can you add a little about what sort of clothing he opts for generally. Awh his personality <3 Can you mention what Clan he grew up in? Forestry: Do you mean he is safe in the woods or that he knows nature well? When I read Forestry I assosciate it with cutting down trees or working with wood xD Can you switch the red colour a little more readable for your abilities please? I am having alot of difficulty reading the text on the background so I copied it into a document to read xD Gripe: When Magus is around someone who is suffering or in pain, his stamina and vitality are increased. Torment: Calling up the most traumatic life experience is probably a more mid-level ability rather then one of your lowest ones. Suffer: Ok so for a Tier 1 ability this is a bit too strong. I'd be happy to allow it if he had to lop off his own hand or something to get the bonus, but as it stands he could just infinitely traumatise himself or aquire lots of small injuries and that would still count for him, on top of the suffering of others. It's pretty hard to quantify in it's current position. I appreciate it says "the stronger the pain" but this ability just means he's near-invincible in battle, which is very powerful for a tier one ability, so it's not suitable at the moment. Shared Suffering is fine though with the change to Gripe it's a flat buff. If you want Gripe to keep the Heal it'll need to be moved up higher then the lowest power ability. Transformation: Remove the last bit about fingers. It's the equivalent of a summon plus extra utility plus 20 small steel weapons xD Crown of Thorns: Just to confirm it's a single point it can take away, not reduce to 1? Also just trying to imagine it: Are the half meter thorns long and thin, are they a similar circumfrence to their length, or are they tapered? One is like needles and the other is more like a ballista, so just trying to get an idea of how it works xD
[@Aewin] Your sheet is looking great! I'm really happy to see horse riding as one of her skills! Now you see me: If it's just small things (waving, running away, standing smiling ect.) I'm happy for there to be three simple copies. If you want complicated illusions it would be just the one copy who can do complicated things. It's up to you which you prefer, just let me know :D Healing Fire — Noora can create a special flame to heal herself and others. It doesn't work if the target is close to death, or is inflicted by something that cannot be treated, such as some magical injuries. just a small clarification. Ok after getting back to me or Melo on the Now you See me thing feel free to add heru p to the CS tab! [@McHaggis]
Can I have a tiny writeup for the Danaye to put on the clan tab (I know they're extinct but still :D) and a paragraph or two for the Ursidae Clan? I love that the deity is a tiny chamelon-type <3 Your Coin: fine so long as it can't mess with people's internal metal elements xD My goodness, I LOVE all of her tier 1 abilities. Such great utility and good fun IC! Switch Light-footed with Defaced since Defaced is more a Moderate, high potency ability as pointed out by the wonderful [@Melo] Light footed can last up to an 45 minutes, but after 30 minutes it starts to take it's toll. You can up Displaced to 600 meters. Her Disgraced ability makes me very happy and that'll be such good fun to see rp'd xD Let me know when you've made the adjustments, and then you can add them up to the CS tab!
[@Lord Zee] Welcome! Looking forward to seeing what you do with Thran, the everstar :D [@Apokalipse] I love her quote, my goodness <3 Gosh I just want to cuddle her @_@ Can I have a little description of Ursidae and I'll add it up? A small paragraph or two will be fine. I like the Tomahawks! you are really breaking my heart with how lovely she is @_@ Excision: This can apply to magical creatures though not immortals. Wow, no changes! It's great! Add her up to the CS tab <3 Thankyou for the hard work on the CS's so far everyone! Things are coming along great. I'm super excited XD XD XD
