[@luckofthedraw] awwwh the ending to his formative history section is so sad @_@ I hope he finds what he's looking for <3
Buffing Lost and Empty Set a little :D: The Empty Set: Mado can choose one immortal to bond with (see future skills). The Immortal is able to refuse the bond. If this happens, refund the cost of the ability. Empty Set cannot be attempted again on the same character until two hours have passed. Lost: Allows him to move slightly faster and hit slightly harder for a short period of time. Unknowable: Mado reveals the nature of nothing to a person and they becomes subdued, unsure of themselves and thoughtful, though any physical pain or strong emotions might arouse them. After 20 minutes they snap out of the trance. The Number Zero: You can probably buff this now with the change to Empty Slot. Option 1: When used in tandem with Empty Set, the bond cannot be denied. OR, you can remain for it to be primarily ally based: Option 2: Mado can becomes one with a bonded immortal. They are in a mental link together and can gain full use of each other's usual skills, as well as accessing each other's memories, hopes, fears and dreams if they both volunteer that access. As a base and then add one of these minor effects: They can see through each other's eyes. The can transfer wounds to the other if both are willing. and one of these major effects: If one of the pair die while this ability is active, they will have a vague sense of familiarity with each other in the next life, as if they are two parts of a whole. Buffs affecting one character can be utilised by the other as well. Absolute Nothingness can be buffed as well. You can either seriously wound other immortals, cause willpower drain in the area, or perhaps cast mass amnesia apart from your bonded partner.
Let me know what you decide :D
- Thank you so much. I hope he does too! Nothing certainly has a lonely road... :) - Holy Moly 0_0. The work you put into this... - As for the two options for Number Zero, I'll certainly go with the 2nd option. Since I feel like a compulsory bonding wouldn't really fit this god. And the idea is for him to bond with somebody who has given him at least a part of what he is looking for. - The minor effect I'll add is being able to transfer wounds. The only question I have regarding this buff, is weather that wound transfer can transfer lethal wounds. Before the victim dies. If not, then I will probably go with being able to see through each other's eyes. - The major effect I want to add, is the vague sense of familiarity in the next life. I don't want to buff 'absolute nothingness', especially since I want it to erase only the memory of his bonded partner. Even though I think the mass amnesia may be more thematic. Thanks Again!
