Could work. I was toying with the idea of 'em being stranded and unable to contact those in the UK, leading to them finding out that the UK essentially "lost the war." Not sure if that will be the final outline, but it's the only idea I have so far.

[@LetMeDoStuff] Out of curiosity, what is the current date (other than the year, which I understand is 1948)?
