[@The Angry Goat] Yeah it's gonna effect everyone. The plant creature thing may not age but the host body would look like an elderly dude for a bit. 

Extant basically has the power to rewrite the universe. He was the big threat of the 90's DC event Zero Hour... until it was revealed to be Parallax LOL.
