[@Matador] At last, it is here!
Name: Miho Anzai Age: 17 Personality: At best, Miho comes across as indifferent, keeping her distance from others and preferring to spend time with herself. When she is forced to interact with other people, however, she's on edge, as if she expects a fight to break out at any minute, and her tone can make even the most innocent comments seem like verbal attacks. As such, people mostly leave her alone, and she spends most of her free time reading, studying or, as of recent, playing on the Demon Summoning app. She seems quite comfortable with her isolation, but there are times where it often seems like she has something to say to others, but holds herself back before she can say it. Because that's Miho's biggest flaw: she's afraid to express herself. She's afraid to voice her true thoughts and feelings, to let down her barriers and show people that beneath her frosty exterior, she's a very anxious and frustrated person who is often overwhelmed by her emotions and not really sure how to deal with them. Because beneath the surface, she really does want to be part of a group, but is afraid that if she lets other people in, she'll only end up being hurt in the process. She fears that everyone is a liar who's kindness simply hides their ulterior motives, and doesn't want to put herself through that kind of heartache. So she keeps her head down and refuses to let people ket close to her, and all the while, she feels herself becoming more and more suffocated by her own bitterness and mistrust. That was, until high-school came around, in which she decided to join the school's basketball team. She genuinely enjoyed the sport itself, in which she discovered she was quite the strategist, but found herself clashing often with the other girls on her team, specifically one of the team's star-players, Hinata Tomoe, who while a great athlete was not particularly nice person, and was constantly bullying the weaker members of the team. The whole team knew about Hinata's bullying, but did nothing to stop her. Miho constantly voiced how awful this was, but her teammates begged her not to say anything. However, Hinata eventually ended up taking her bullying too far, and Miho ended up reporting her to the school principal, which lead to Hinata's expulsion, not long before the last game of the year. As you can imagine, Miho got a lot of flack the other members of the team for this, as well as several other members of the school's student body, and started to become a victim of bullying herself. It got so bad that at the end of school year, Miho's father was convinced to move his daughter to a new high school for her second year. Miho didn't mind the move so much, as she had lost all of her friends as a result of her 'snitching'. However, during her time at her new school, she mostly kept to herself, either reading a book or studying in her free time and socialising much with ehr fellow students. She certainly didn't join any of the sports teams, for fear of history repeating itself, and was pretty much a loner for the first several months. However, after much pushing from her parents and students to take more of an active role in her school and not let one bad experience ruin her school life, she eventually decided to join the school newspaper. It was around this time that the Demon Summoning app first started making the rounds, and Miho's first real story was to write about how the app was affecting life at school. While Miho was at first skeptical about how relevant this story actually was, she downloaded the app herself as part of her 'research' and was soon hooked. She now spends less of her free time reading and more time playing on her phone.
