[@Ruby] Actually I do have one, do I have to wait till my characters get approved before I can start a roleplay?
Depends on the game. Most the time, yes. For a more in-depth answer: we use a Roleplay Join Status system. The Join Status is set by the GM, as seen below: You'll know which status a RP is set to because it's displayed in the top right hand of the RP thread: One thing worth noting: MOST GMs don't want you posting under the Characters tab until your Character Sheet is approved. So if you find a RP you're interested in, just post in the OOC asking about joining. You can also just PM the GM of the RP, if you'd rather work behind the scenes. Even if a game says "Full" and you're interested in, PM the GM and ask. You never know. They may actually have a spot open, or they may offer to PM you if a spot opens up. Either way it's definitely worth a shot in my experience. Hope that helps!
