In the New52 they lumped her in with the Gen-13 characters or whatever so her physical aspects were boosted and that's where the psionics came from. Then when she showed up in Red Hood and the Outlaws she had the power dampening ability. She had the limited precognition Pre52 but as of Rebirth it's been retooled into more of a Probability power. So basically I just sampled from everything and put my own spin on her. My current path angles her to move away from being a physical warrior to being more of a mental warrior.
